The diarist is: a woman of 35 years, great joy, and no great importance.
Items of interest that may appear on this blog: simple things, daily life, books, slowing down, poetry, aerial hoop, feminism, the ocean, film photography, and my entirely predictable INFP tendencies.
I live in Oakland, California with my fiancée and our little black talking cat.
I used to blog a lot from about 2008-2013. I came back here because I got tired of social media, but I did not get tired of putting words and photos on the internet.
You can read here about why I named this blog "Eating a tangerine."
Feel free to leave a comment. And by "feel free," I mean: I would love it if you left a comment! And I will write back if you do.
I was always more of a lurker with blogs and the like. Used to read this blog back in the day. Found a backup folder stored on an old external drive and found a load of blog links. Love that yours is still active. Fairplay to you. I miss the old days of blogspot and livejournal. Social media just doesn't take you on a journey the way blogs do. Hope life in the intervening years has been good. All the best.
ReplyDeleteI loved receiving this - loved hearing from someone else who remembers how fun and interesting and sociable that time was, and it was one of a few things that happened that same week that sparked my motivation to start back up. Likewise to you. Welcome back anytime.
