Beth - We went driving a lot with some good, good music. To go to the beach or to take the drunk kids to get snacks or to get back to San Francisco. We went swinging on the beach and walked all the way to the end of a long splintery pier, and then under it. I rode a Greyhound bus through the night to get there, and I didn't always know how to relate to her because we hadn't seen each other for more than a couple hours in a long time. I bought a big petticoat and a goat tried to eat it off of me.
