I don't know if I'm answering this in the right slot, but since I write about pretty much an all-brown world, I've found that it's heightened my enjoyment in any color at all.
I like your 'eye' for images... the things you notice and consider worthy of taking a picture of... like getting to seeing the world the way you do. Lovely.
these are gorgeous shots. the second one down reminds me of the inside of the duomo.
