  1. I would love to have a bike like the one in the third picture.

  2. Aren - Thank you.

Priya - You could totally do the paint job yourself; I'm positive that one was a DIY. Incidentally, which do you think it is: giraffe print, or leopard print?

  3. I especially like the photo of Saint Anne's taken from inside the streetcar - it makes for an interesting "frame." Also like the small strip of flowers growing between concrete front yards - very San Francisco! The doll photo somehow disturbs me - maybe it reminds me of the evil doll in Toy Story but I know the doll in this photo and I can't reconcile her looking creepy at all. Apologies if I insult the photographer with my last comment :)

  4. pinkapplecore - Thank you!

Kim - Very Sunset, at least! Yes, I think the doll is creepy too, but I really didn't do anything to make her look that way, that was just how she was when I pulled her out of the box. I guess I could have had her limbs lolling a little less.

  6. Oh lovely series! Love the mood. And that "bamboo" bike is awesome. (By the way, have you been asking strangers for their picture?)

  7. Shanalyse - You've only been up here for short chunks of time since you moved, isn't it?

Jenica - Thanks! Actually, it's a legitimately bamboo bike, sans quotation marks. Yes, I have been some!

  9. geekspawn - Wishing to live in San Francisco is a sign that a person has her head on the right way. Thasall I'm gonna say. :)

  10. her - Thank you! That's a lot of the draw of photography for me, the way the process changes how I see...
