I have a random question unrelated to the post (if that's okay). Something I've been wondering, and I thought you would know the answer. In German, do they refer to God with the formal or the informal pronoun? And do you know why they use the one they use? Danke. :)
Heidi - Verily, God is addressed as "du." I'm not sure if there is some sort of pan-German doctrinal underpinning to this, though, or if the T-V distinction exists in the biblical languages to justify it...because that's the pronoun used in French too...hmm!
