This is what I journal like

Just for fun/follow-up to Heather's guest post on journaling. And the grain disguises my actual words, ooh, how clever of me.

And a motorist whom I photographed because there is Pez in his backpack, for a no-reason bonus:

What do the pages of your journal look like?

  1. I love your journals... <3
Mine are filled with a lot of scribbled words... with spaces where i meant to stick items and forgot glue (and therefore I lose the item and can't remember why there was an empty space...)
I started art journalling too, but haven't had the chance for a while

  2. My journal is green and silver on the outside, and I change what color I write in every day (I have five colors to pick from).

  3. What kind of camera did you use to take these?

  4. Cheray - I remember your pictures of your journal from when you were talking about your class!

Q - I like that idea. I've heard of people changing colors for less regular reasons.

    Christy - A Zenit 412LS. My 35mm SLR and best non-person friend :D

  5. I've only for a year and a half or a little more, and my handwriting changes for almost every entry... there are angry scrawling posts, tiny letters when I'm confessing something I'd rather not, perfectly printed pages for when I'm writing only because I have nothing else to do... it varies a lot. And none of my entries are to me; all but one of my journals have been letters addressed to my cousin and I'm mailing her them when I'm done...

  9. Alla - This one is one of the black-and-white composition notebooks. For the last couple years I've been using partially-filled old journals, so I'm not picky.
