Oh, yeah. And I'm an aunt now.

My niece landed on Tuesday. Her name is Chloe Isabella. She and I are gonna Skype soon. I'm pr'y excited for that. I'm going to try to swing a real-life meet-up with her sometime before Thanksgiving, though, because otherwise I'll have to wait until CHRISTMAS (ridiculously distant, right?).

    Ohh. I heard somewhere that you can see heaven in the eyes of a very young baby but have never been able to find out...
    P.S. so I was completely wrong in thinking that you already had nieces/nephews? :( perhaps they were cousins or something? I could have sworn I saw pictures...

    And I can't tell from a picture, but she certainly has beautiful eyes. I wonder if they'll stay that color.

    Jenica - you know, I didn't know until her birth that babies' eyes can change. just like kittens, pretty wild. we are curious to see too.
