Spring arrives

damply and silverishly. In the beginning it looks like late winter, but the trees bud and there is a very-something smell in the air that is in fact a lot like the name Aslan.

  1. That's it! That's the feeling I was trying to identify.

  2. Q - Did I tell you about that "Aslan is on the move" boy in the stairwell?

  3. It's the opposite here, still pensive and beautiful, but a quietening, not awakening.

Sorry I haven't been here - I have thought of you quite often though.

  6. Shannon - It's all right; I do miss you but I know you're very busy. And well, I hope. <3

Erin - The week that the blizzard snow started melting (and refreezing, and remelting), I passed a boy on the stairs. He said, "Everything is melting." He continued from the staircase above me: "Spring is coming." Then, more distantly still: "Aslan is on the move." Only at Wheaton.

Heidi, Edge, Jenica - Thank you. :)
